Orders over £250 are delivered free of charge within mainland UK. Smaller orders attract a £8.50 delivery charge.
If the cost of dispatch can be reduced we will notify you before completing your order.
Please note that goods sent to Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, and Northern Ireland will be charged at the cost established upon receipt of the order. We will quote you before completing any order to ensure you are satisfied with the cost of carriage before despatch.
For overseas customers; we will quote you our delivery charges, to ensure you are happy, before processing your order.
For cut length fabrics please allow up to 5-7 working days for your order, although in most cases our turnaround is approximately 2-3 working days. If there is a delay with any fabric order, we will let you know.
If your order is urgent, please let us know, and we will see what we can arrange to process your order faster than the stated delivery times. However there maybe an extra cost.
Some items may be sent to your directly from our suppliers using other delivery services.
We always try to help you make your purchase to your complete satisfaction. We update our website as often as possible but please note that, once the fabric sent to you is cut, we cannot accept returns unless the goods are proven to be faulty. If you are in any doubt please contact us via email or telephone for help to ensure you have the correct colour way and width.
It is also important to be sure the fabric you choose is suitable for your purpose ie upholstery or curtains etc.
While we check all goods dispatched for marks etc we ask all customers to check goods received for any problems, ie marks, damage etc., before cutting any fabric.
Please, always sign for goods ‘uninspected’ to help us process any claim that may arise following receipt.
Please advise us in writing within 7 days of receipt of any such queries. We will not be able to help replace or exchange any goods if fabric has been cut or complaints not notified within seven days from receipt of goods. While we ask you to pay for returning goods, Curtains4me will refund any carriage costs if goods supplied are sent out in error or found to be fault.
