We always try to help you make your purchase complete and to your satisfaction. We update our website as often as possible but please note once fabric sent to you is cut we cannot accept returns unless the goods are proven to be faulty. If you are in any doubt please contact us via email or telephone for help to ensure you have the correct colour way and width. It is also important to be sure the fabric you choose is suitable for your purpose ie upholstery or curtain etc.
Please sign for goods 'uninspected' and do not cut any fabric supplied until you have fully inspected the goods and confirmed that these are as ordered. This note is repeated below but is very important to help us resolve any problems to your satisfaction as a soon as possible.
We are not able to guarantee fabrics supplied against colour fading or shrinkage . We recommend 'dry clean only'. If you are not sure we will send a larger sample for you to test, but this will be chargeable.
While we are always reliant on software to portray the colour and texture of images we ask you to allow both may vary from batch to batch . This is true even when you buy in a shop from a pattern book but while a sample is available for all our images even then batches may vary.
We are happy to send small samples but have had to restrict the free of charge supply to five per customer until an order is received. After the initial five we will charge 0.50p per sample until an order is received after which the 'free five' starts again.
Please ensure the quantity of fabric you order is sufficient as batches and clearance lines mean we cannot guarantee that additional quantities will either be available or match in colour.
Curtains4me™ cannot guarantee fabric or curtains, supplied or made, against shrinkage as different areas have atmospheres that can cause fabric to change on site. Humidity on site can cause fabric to drop and shrink, please call us for guidance.
We offer the option to have fabric treated for flame-resistant properties. This is available for single and double widths again please call us for more information.
Prices and Terms
Your credit or debit card is charged as soon as you place your order with Curtains4me™.
While all risks appertaining to the goods supplied pass to the customer upon delivery, the goods remain the property of curtains4me™ until goods supplied are paid for in full.
We will try to ensure all stocks are available to complete your order before taking payment but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by haulage mechanical breakdown or logistical errors on behalf of the courier, i.e. circumstances beyond our control (riots etc).
Prices are subject to change
While we try to keep all prices shown on our web site up to date, if the supplier increases the price of the goods you have ordered after the last website update; we reserve the right to contact you and, subject to your acceptance, alter the price of the original order. This could result in your order being cancelled, in which case no money will be taken.
Customers receiving goods outside the EEC are responsible for any local taxes and/or duties incurred.

For cut length fabrics please allow up to 5-7 working days for your order, although in most cases our turn around is approximately 2-3 working days. If there is a delay with any fabric order, we will let you know.
While we ask you to pay for returning goods, Curtains4me will refund any carriage costs if goods supplied are sent out in error or found to be fault.
We ask customers to report any complaints in writing to Curtains4me™ via letter or email within seven days of receipt of goods. We will try to resolve all disputes as soon as possible and assure you of our desire to keep customers satisfied.
If any part of these terms are unenforceable, the enforceability of any other part of these terms will not be affected.
